At Birkin Containers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide any reason for your decision.
Cancellation Period: The deadline for canceling your order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.
Exercising Your Right to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement via email to [email protected].
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of receiving the return. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns: For your return to be accepted, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Goods: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for any goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for your return. We will not issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts: If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
